Remote Data Entry Clerk

About the role

Farber is seeking a detail‑oriented Remote Data Entry Clerk to support its debt‑solution services across Canada. You will work from home, updating and maintaining client information in internal systems while providing essential administrative assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file documentation, ensuring all supporting information is complete.
• Liaise with internal staff to obtain missing documents and clarify file details.
• Organise files according to naming protocols and calculate income‑related obligations.
• Perform legal searches (insolvency, PPSA registrations, property valuations) across multiple provincial jurisdictions.
• Create documents for signature, transfer data into Ascend software, and manage electronic filing of statutory documents.
• Prepare documents for DocuSign and handle other ad‑hoc administrative tasks as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑accuracy data entry.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (preferred).
