About the role

Machine Learning 1 is looking for a detail‑oriented Data Entry Clerk to join its business development and operations teams. This fully remote position supports Canadian‑based staff by accurately entering, reviewing, and maintaining client and business data across internal systems.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and update business and client‑related data with high accuracy.
• Review data for completeness, consistency, and resolve any discrepancies.
• Verify source documents and maintain organized digital records.
• Prepare basic internal reports as needed.
• Follow data handling, quality, and confidentiality standards.
• Meet defined productivity and accuracy benchmarks.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles preferred.
• Strong typing skills with high accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace.
• Experience with CRM or database systems.
