About the role

We are looking for a Remote Computer User Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to our users across digital platforms. You will work from home, handling a variety of hardware, software, and account‑related issues while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to support requests via email, chat, or ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and system issues.
• Guide users through step‑by‑step solutions in a clear, professional manner.
• Assist with account setup, access problems, and password resets.
• Document cases, resolutions, and system updates.
• Escalate complex problems to higher‑level technical teams.
• Maintain and update knowledge‑base articles.
• Identify recurring issues and report trends for improvement.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• Comfort with support tools or ticketing systems (training provided).
• Self‑motivated, able to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks.
• Previous IT or support experience is a plus but not required.
