Remote Call Attendant – Customer Care

About the role

The Call Attendant joins CannAmm’s Booking Team to coordinate occupational health appointments. Working remotely, you will handle inbound and outbound calls and web requests, ensuring accurate scheduling and excellent client service.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and place calls to book occupational testing appointments.
• Process web‑based booking requests promptly.
• Document all interactions according to standard operating procedures.
• Troubleshoot booking issues and escalate priority problems as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up with clients, internal teams, and donors.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, courteous demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Flexibility to cover varied shift hours, including evenings and weekends.
