Registered Nurse – Virtual Care

About the role

Dialogue is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its virtual care platform, providing assessment, care, and referral for patients who consult online. The nurse will work remotely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a seamless patient journey from initial contact through follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments via telephone or video, identifying key symptoms.
• Refer patients to appropriate health services (clinic, emergency, or virtual appointments) based on clinical judgment.
• Provide advice on symptom management and prescribe group prescriptions within virtual scope of practice.
• Document consultations accurately and perform follow‑up as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English and French.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• Ability to work full‑time (32 + hours) or part‑time (21 + hours) in a remote setting.

Required skills

• Clinical assessment and patient triage.
• Prescribing group medications within virtual scope.
• Accurate medical documentation.
