Registered Nurse – Pediatrics (Part‑Time)

About the role
Interior Health is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join the Pediatrics Department at East Kootenay Regional Hospital. This permanent part‑time position (0.62 FTE) offers a dynamic, fast‑paced environment where you will provide comprehensive nursing care to children and their families.
Key responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate client care in a pediatric setting.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, client‑centered care.
- Respond to changing health‑care needs of patients and families.
- Deliver high‑quality nursing interventions based on current nursing science.
- Participate in shift rotations covering days and nights (07:00‑19:00 and 19:00‑07:00).
Required profile
- Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in pediatric care.
- Reliable, flexible, and motivated individual.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, rotating shift environment.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, client‑centered care.
