Registered Nurse – Hospital & Aged Care

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high‑quality care across hospital settings, medical clinics, nursing homes, and retirement residences. The position requires on‑site work at various locations and offers the opportunity to support patients of all ages in both acute and long‑term care environments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and wound management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, document clinical observations, and communicate changes to physicians.
• Provide education and support to patients and families regarding health conditions and treatment options.
• Maintain a safe and clean clinical environment in compliance with regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse in the province or territory of work.
• Completion of a nursing program at the college/CEGEP level.
• Experience in a healthcare setting is an asset but not mandatory.
