Registered Nurse – Full‑Time Position

About the role

The Northern Health Authority is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its team in Prince George, BC. This permanent, full‑time position offers the opportunity to work in a hospital or clinic setting, providing direct patient care and collaborating with an interdisciplinary health team.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor patients and promptly inform physicians of any changes in condition.
• Document symptoms, assess changes, and maintain accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate patient care in consultation with patients and families.
• Provide education and support to patients and families regarding care plans and health status.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse by provincial or territorial authorities.
• 7 months to less than 1 year of nursing experience.
• Willingness to relocate (relocation costs covered).
• Certificates: Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS), CPR, Certified Nurse in Critical Care – Canada (CNCC‑C), First Aid.

Required skills
