Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (Full-Time)

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Registered Nurse to join the high‑volume Emergency Department at Credit Valley Hospital. You will work alongside an interprofessional team to deliver compassionate, high‑quality emergency care to a diverse patient population.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with doctors, nurse practitioners and allied health professionals to assess and treat patients presenting with emergencies.
• Monitor vital signs, perform patient assessments and participate in emergency procedures.
• Apply established medical directives to determine medication and treatment plans.
• Liaise with patients, families and community partners to ensure clear communication.
• Participate in quality‑improvement initiatives, committees and policy development.
• Maintain clinical competence through ongoing education.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (RN) licence eligible to practice in Ontario.
• Ability to work all shifts in a fast‑paced emergency environment.
