Registered Nurse - Direct, Continuing Care

About the role

Assisted Living Alberta is seeking a Registered Nurse (Direct) to join its Facility Living team in Edmonton. The RN will provide professional nursing support and consultative services to residents and facility operators within a continuing‑care setting.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client needs and deliver therapeutic nursing services in line with professional standards.
• Coordinate resources, establish care goals, and evaluate outcomes for each client.
• Manage individual client cases, including developing and updating care plans.
• Act as a clinical consultant, providing expertise and direction to multidisciplinary team members.
• Deliver direct client care that is evidence‑based, client‑centered, and meets established clinical standards.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (RN) licence, with a provisional or full practice permit.
• Strong assessment, case‑management and consultative skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality, client‑focused care.
