Registered Nurse – Clinical Documentation (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to support our AI‑driven healthcare products by reviewing and improving clinical documentation. This remote contract position involves working closely with product, engineering and operations teams to ensure high‑quality data for model training.

Key responsibilities

• Review clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness and quality.
• Analyze healthcare workflows and suggest process improvements.
• Interpret patient records and clinical notes to inform product development.
• Identify documentation gaps, inconsistencies and edge cases.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to refine AI‑based healthcare tools.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies and best practices.

Required profile

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• 3–5+ years of clinical nursing experience.
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation and healthcare workflows.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic, Cerner or Meditech.
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
