Regional Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Marketing Coordinator to bring our marketing strategies to life at the community level across South Western Ontario. The role acts as the local extension of our centralized marketing team, supporting multiple residential properties through content creation, partnerships, and on‑site campaign execution.

Key responsibilities

• Execute local marketing initiatives across multiple residential communities and ensure alignment with brand standards.
• Build relationships with local businesses, community partners, and organizations to drive awareness and referrals.
• Capture engaging content such as photography, video, and community stories for use in marketing materials.
• Support property marketing campaigns, resident events, and community activations, coordinating logistics and follow‑up.
• Gather local market insights, competitor activity, and community trends to inform marketing recommendations.
• Maintain organized regional marketing assets and track results from activities, sharing performance data with central teams.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in marketing, community engagement, events, or communications.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication abilities, with the capacity to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Valid driver’s licence, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned region.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to capture photo and short‑form video content using a mobile device or basic equipment.
