Regional Marketing Communications Specialist (US & LATAM)

About the role

Join Armstrong Fluid Technology as a Regional Marketing Communications Specialist focused on the US and LATAM markets. You will translate regional strategic priorities into integrated marketing plans, lead ABM and digital campaigns, and ensure brand consistency across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing communications plans aligned with regional business strategies.
• Lead Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) and LinkedIn campaigns using AI‑enabled tools, overseeing audience segmentation, content personalization, and performance forecasting.
• Coordinate product launch and promotional programs with product, sales, and customer experience teams.
• Define and maintain MQL and lead‑management processes, tracking campaign performance through dashboards and ROI reporting.
• Manage regional marketing budget, planning calendars, and vendor relationships.
• Act as the regional Brand Champion, ensuring all communications comply with global brand standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or a related field.
• Significant experience in integrated marketing, branding and ABM campaign execution.
• Strong analytical ability to measure campaign performance and report ROI.
• Fluency in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is an asset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI‑enabled marketing tools for segmentation and optimization.
• Experience managing LinkedIn Sponsored Content, InMail and lead‑nurturing campaigns.
• Hands‑on knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo.
• Ability to set up and interpret campaign tracking dashboards and reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead‑management processes.
• Competence in digital marketing concepts and ABM strategy implementation.
