Recruitment Specialist

About the role

FLINT is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for its energy and industrial services business. You will partner with hiring managers, recruitment coordinators, and business stakeholders to attract, evaluate, and onboard top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate pre‑employment testing.
• Build and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates.
• Post job openings on the ATS and external job boards, guiding candidates through the application process.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the applicant tracking system.
• Provide regular updates to candidates and support additional recruitment‑related tasks as needed.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of high‑volume, full‑cycle recruitment experience.
• Post‑secondary diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Recruitment, or equivalent experience.
• Experience recruiting skilled trades, technical specialists, field personnel, and professionals across multiple disciplines.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
