Recruitment Experience Partner – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term (Toronto)

About the role

Join Novartis as a Recruitment Experience Partner and become the primary point of contact for candidates in a high‑volume hiring environment. You will work closely with Recruitment Business Partners to deliver a fast, fair, and human hiring experience across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Guide candidates from initial contact through offer, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Conduct first‑round Recruitment Solutions (RS) interviews and extend offers for high‑volume roles (levels 5 and below).
• Screen, shortlist, communicate with candidates, and coordinate interviews across business units.
• Support RBPs on senior or complex hires with shortlist validation, applicant management, and reactive sourcing.
• Maintain accurate data in Workday and follow RS‑defined processes, standards, and timelines.
• Provide feedback and insights to continuously improve candidate experience and RS processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of recruiting experience (in‑house or agency), preferably in high‑volume, multi‑market or pharma environments.
• Strong candidate communication, screening, and shortlisting abilities.
• Commitment to data quality, compliance, and process discipline.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence HR partners.

Required skills

• Workday (or similar HRIS) proficiency.
