Recruitment Assistant – PRA‑BC (12‑month contract)

About the role

The Health Employers Association of British Columbia (HEABC) is seeking a Recruitment Assistant to support its Practice Ready Assessment‑BC (PRA‑BC) program. This 12‑month contract position will serve as the primary point of contact for program candidates and external partners, delivering high‑quality customer service while helping to streamline recruitment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the central liaison for PRA‑BC candidates and partner organizations.
• Support application and documentation processes for prospective physicians.
• Coordinate scheduling, onboarding, and communication activities.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow‑up with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in organization and coordination.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and workloads.
• Tech‑savvy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
• Proven experience working in a team‑based environment and delivering excellent customer service.
