Recruiter V – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Recruiter V to support a leading financial institution in Toronto. The role will manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a designated portfolio, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience and aligning talent decisions with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned business units, from sourcing to offer.
• Develop and execute innovative talent strategies using market data and best practices.
• Advise hiring managers on talent market gaps and provide insights on alternative sourcing approaches.
• Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reporting to drive continuous improvement.
• Promote the employer brand through networking, social media, and targeted advertising.
• Collaborate with HR partners, Centers of Excellence, and business stakeholders to forecast talent needs.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, risk management standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment within the financial services or banking sector.
• Strong understanding of external talent markets and ability to build diverse pipelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior executives.
• Ability to prioritize workload, meet service level agreements, and work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with recruiting platforms and social media sourcing tools.
• Experience analyzing recruitment metrics and reporting.
• Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
