Recruiter (Global Full‑Cycle)

About the role

Litmus is seeking a Recruiter to lead and own global full‑cycle recruiting across North America, Europe, and eventually Asia. You will be the primary partner for hiring managers and executive leadership, shaping workforce planning, sourcing strategy, candidate experience, employer branding, and offer acceptance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute end‑to‑end recruiting processes for engineering, product, and other functions.
• Develop workforce plans and sourcing strategies aligned with business growth.
• Manage candidate experience from outreach through onboarding.
• Strengthen employer branding to attract top talent globally.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand hiring needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting, preferably with a global or multi‑regional focus.
• Strong partnership skills with hiring managers and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to operate in a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
