Receptionist/Concierge

About the role

The Receptionist/Concierge provides front‑desk support and basic accounting functions for a residential community, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain department files, correspondence, forms and routine office records.
• Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail and process outgoing mail.
• Answer telephone calls, greet visitors, handle routine inquiries and relay messages to appropriate personnel.
• Process daily bank deposits, accounts payable and accounts receivable, verifying totals and coding transactions.
• Respond to resident or family concerns, taking appropriate action or escalating to the General Manager.
• Perform other related duties as required to support daily operations.

Required profile

• Secondary school education or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar receptionist or administrative role.
• Working knowledge of office procedures and elementary bookkeeping.
• Strong computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Word and Excel.
