About the role
As the first point of contact for Trail Appliances, you will create a welcoming experience for customers both in‑person and over the phone. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Lead, you will help uphold the company’s reputation for exceptional service and strong family values.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers at the front desk and answer incoming calls with a positive attitude.
- Direct calls and messages to the appropriate team members promptly.
- Guide visitors to the correct department or staff member.
- Perform general administrative duties as assigned.
- Maintain an organized and friendly front‑desk environment.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of experience in administrative, reception, or customer‑service roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort using technology.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting while paying attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for helping customers.
