Quality Customer Care Coordinator

About the role

The Quality Customer Care Coordinator provides exceptional service to Gay Lea Foods' customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and requests while acting as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams such as Sales, Operations, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Finance.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries and respond promptly and professionally.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints by coordinating with Quality Assurance, Operations, and other departments.
• Maintain and update complaint databases, track trends, and prepare regular reports on volumes, categories, response times, and corrective actions.
• Participate in root‑cause analysis and continuous‑improvement initiatives to reduce complaints and boost satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, QA, and Finance to support customer onboarding, product launches, and cross‑functional communication.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Food Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in customer service or care, preferably in manufacturing, food production, or consumer packaged goods.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities with a customer‑focused mindset.
