About the role
We are looking for a Quality Control Supervisor to lead the inspection and finishing of rubber and plastic components at our Edmonton facility. The role ensures product quality, coordinates production schedules and supports a team of operators.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise, coordinate and schedule activities of 11‑20 production workers operating processing machines.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and align activities with other work units.
- Recommend and implement measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Train staff on job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 1‑2 years of experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment.
- Strong oral and written communication, good judgement, organization and reliability.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks, maintain manual dexterity and pay close attention to detail while sitting, standing or walking.
