Quality Control Specialist – Advanced Therapeutics Manufacturing

About the role

The Quality Control (QC) Specialist will develop and execute analytical testing for advanced therapeutic products—including RNA therapeutics, cell therapies, and viral vectors—within a GMP‑compliant facility at the Advanced Therapeutics Manufacturing Facility (ATMF).

Key responsibilities

• Perform QC release and stability testing to support translational research and clinical trials.
• Coordinate the optimization of phase‑appropriate QC assays and analytical methods in line with ICH, USP, and EP guidelines.
• Draft and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the QC laboratory.
• Maintain technical organization of QC laboratory operations.
• Collaborate closely with Process Development, GMP production, Quality Assurance, and academic partners.

• Ability to work in a GMP‑regulated environment.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Effective communication with multidisciplinary teams.
