Quality Assurance Supervisor

About the role

The Quality Assurance Supervisor will lead day‑to‑day quality activities at Germiphene Corporation, a Young Innovations company. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will own investigations, CAPA closure, KPI trending and SOP development across Drug GMP and ISO 13485/MDSAP frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead investigations of deviations, out‑of‑specification events and CAPAs, ensuring timely, defensible closure.
• Conduct annual product reviews and maintain KPI dashboards to drive continuous improvement.
• Author, review and maintain SOPs that support production and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and develop QA staff, providing coaching on root‑cause analysis and documentation.
• Collaborate with Operations, QC, Regulatory Affairs and R&D to resolve quality issues and prepare for audits.

Required profile

• Strong structured problem‑solving ability and comfort presenting findings to auditors.
• Excellent written communication; can defend documentation clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple investigations and CAPAs simultaneously without losing focus.
• Experience mentoring junior staff and leading a small team.
• Desire to see direct impact of investigations on site performance.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Drug GMP regulations.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485 and MDSAP standards.
• CAPA management and root‑cause analysis.
• SOP authoring and document control.
• KPI analysis and trending.
