Quality Assurance Associate – Full‑time, $60‑65k CAD

About the role

Aurora Cannabis is seeking a Quality Assurance Associate to support its Bradford, ON facility. This full‑time permanent role offers a salary range of $60,000‑$65,000 CAD and requires flexibility to meet production needs.

Key responsibilities

• Promote a positive safety culture and adhere to HSE programs.
• Foster collaborative relationships with all departments.
• Act as an ambassador for regulatory and process compliance.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of documented information while following Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Review and maintain batch records and support batch release activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
• Investigate suspected non‑conformances, deviations, NCRs and CAPA items.
• Support internal and external audits and self‑inspections.
• Develop and maintain Preventive Control Plans as assigned.
• Conduct training sessions on SOPs and operational procedures.

Required profile

• 1‑5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or a similar quality‑focused role.
• Degree or diploma in a science‑related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read, interpret and apply regulatory information.
• Strong soft skills such as time management, problem solving, teamwork and communication.

Required skills

• Quality Management Systems (QMS) knowledge.
• Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Batch record review and release.
• Regulatory compliance and change management.
• CAPA investigation and resolution.
