Purchasing Agent

About the role

The Purchasing Agent supports FTAI Aviation’s supply chain by managing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely material flow. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, the role helps maintain quality standards and drives continuous improvement in procurement processes.

Key responsibilities

• Create, track, and close purchase orders for materials and services while complying with corporate policies.
• Assist with RFQ processes, bid analysis, and preparation of purchase, repair, and compliance documents.
• Maintain accurate supplier data, quotations, pricing, and delivery schedules in the ERP system.
• Serve as the primary liaison between procurement and teams such as production, engineering, finance, and kitting.
• Handle day‑to‑day supplier quality issues, including returns, invoice discrepancies, and vendor performance monitoring.

Required profile

• DEP or DEC from an accredited institution.
• Proven experience in supply chain, purchasing, or material management, including kitting, Kanban, shortage management, and logistics operations.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
