Proposals Lead – Canada

About the role

We are seeking a Proposals Lead to strengthen and coordinate the systems, resources, and processes that support our proposal submissions. This role ensures proposal teams have the tools, information, examples, and coordination support needed to produce high‑quality, competitive submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and improve processes for managing proposal templates, standard language, resumes, graphics and supporting materials.
• Maintain accurate, current, well‑organized proposal content that is easy for teams to access and reuse.
• Support creation of proposal standards, checklists, best practices and review processes.
• Provide training and onboarding for staff involved in proposal development.
• Monitor procurement platforms and competitive award notices to inform go/no‑go decisions and market intelligence.
• Serve as central coordination point, connecting project teams, sector leads, resource management, contracts, IT, safety, marketing and senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in a professional services environment, preferably engineering consulting.
• Strong organizational and project‑management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear proposal content.
• Comfortable working independently while coordinating across many stakeholders.
