Project Manager – Post‑sales Delivery

About the role

Graitec is looking for a Project Manager to lead post‑sales project delivery, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations. The role combines project execution, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement, with a strong focus on data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of post‑sales projects, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and milestones.
• Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle, establishing expectations and supporting long‑term retention.
• Coordinate internal technical and consulting resources to optimize delivery efficiency and margins.
• Maintain project documentation, ensure compliance with internal standards, and mitigate risks using structured methodologies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technical, and Support teams for smooth handovers and consistent delivery.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support transformation projects.
• Leverage data, reporting, and analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, and drive profitability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–4+ years of project management experience, preferably in software implementation or consulting.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
