Project Manager

About the role

Boccard Life Sciences is seeking a Project Manager to lead moderately complex projects that deliver process solutions for the Food & Ingredients, Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics, and Brewing industries. The role ensures projects are executed safely, on time, on spec, and within budget while aligning with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close projects according to the Boccard Project Management System (BPMS) and internal best practices.
• Track project performance, manage budgets, and report cost variances against physical progress.
• Maintain client relationships and act as the main point of contact for project communications.
• Prepare quotations, draft proposals, and support technical alignments.
• Manage staffing plans, lead internal meetings, and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Apply engineering practices to review calculations, drawings, P&ID, and 3D models.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to schedule deliveries and validate installation protocols.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity (P.Q.P.) rules.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing moderately complex industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and budget control.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and maintain client satisfaction.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and productivity standards in industrial environments.
