Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the delivery of electrical power projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the required safety and quality standards. Acting as the primary client contact, the role involves coordinating internal teams, subcontractors and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Project Execution Plan in collaboration with the PMO.
• Provide engineering consulting to clients and review designs with internal SMEs.
• Source and allocate internal and external resources, including subcontractors.
• Identify client training needs, negotiate solutions and ensure gaps are closed.
• Chair project meetings with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
• Deliver regular project updates, cost and schedule reports to all parties.
• Motivate field crews, oversee support functions and manage project documentation.
• Review and sign off invoices, follow up on late payments and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain quality‑control and safety documentation and drive process‑flow consistency.
• Identify additional revenue opportunities arising from project delivery.

Required profile

• Accountable for managing allocated projects and meeting objectives on time, on budget and to required standards.
• First point of contact for clients, capable of assessing needs and managing issues to resolution.
• Experience coordinating multiple internal and external resources, including subcontractors.
• Strong communication skills for chairing meetings and providing regular updates.
