Project Manager

About the role

Lane Four is looking for a Project Manager to lead the delivery of consulting and revenue‑operations projects from initiation through deployment and post‑launch support. You will work closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams to ensure projects are on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential risks and develop proactive mitigation plans.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase delivery efficiency.
• Conduct post‑project evaluations, capture lessons learned, and feed insights into future initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales and account management to translate client requirements into detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and deliverables.
• Oversee all project facets, maintain clear communication, and act as an objective third‑party observer to drive operational excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex projects in a consulting or SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Passion for building scalable, repeatable delivery practices.
