Project Manager – IT Infrastructure Projects

About the role

Yardstick Technologies is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead IT infrastructure and service projects within its Professional Services portfolio. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget while ensuring high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of infrastructure projects and IT services.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Provide executive‑level status updates and dashboards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Ensure compliance with PMO standards and governance.
• Oversee project financials, protect margins, and manage change control.
• Handle an average of 12–16 concurrent projects ranging from 100–300+ hours.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of experience managing infrastructure projects and IT services.
• Strong communication, accountability, and ownership mindset.
• Proven ability to manage risk and deliver excellent customer service.
• Willingness to be available after hours when needed.

Required skills

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification (preferred, not required).
• Agile or PgMP knowledge (a plus).
• Proficiency with PSA tools such as ConnectWise.
