Project Manager – Infrastructure Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to support the planning, coordination and delivery of infrastructure projects within our Technology team. The role works closely with technical teams, senior sponsors and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, monitoring and closure of infrastructure‑related projects.
• Assist in developing project plans, schedules, budgets, status reports and documentation.
• Coordinate project meetings, capture minutes, track action items and follow up on deliverables.
• Monitor progress, escalate risks, issues or changes to senior project managers.
• Support resource coordination and scheduling across project activities.
• Maintain project governance documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
• Track project budgets, timelines, risks and dependencies.
• Build effective relationships with business and technology partners.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience supporting or coordinating technology or infrastructure projects.
• Foundational knowledge of project management principles, methodologies and tools.
• Exposure to Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery approaches.
• Strong organizational, communication and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• University or college education in Business Administration, Project Management, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• CAPM certification or progress toward PMP considered an asset.
