About the role
Join Armstrong Fluid Technology, a global leader in fluid‑flow innovation, and lead the continuous improvement of its worldwide HR technology ecosystem. You will work closely with HR, IT, Engineering, Finance and external partners to deliver reliable, secure and data‑driven HR solutions that support the company’s growth.
Key responsibilities
- Administer, maintain and enhance the HR technology stack, ensuring reliability, security and scalability.
- Configure systems, manage user access, perform upgrades, testing and ongoing optimization.
- Oversee integrations between HRIS and enterprise platforms such as payroll, finance and identity management.
- Maintain data integrity, governance and quality across all HR systems.
- Develop and support dashboards, reports and workforce analytics for informed decision‑making.
- Lead HR technology projects, translating business requirements into effective solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience supporting HR technology, enterprise applications or digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience with integrated HR systems in a multi‑site or global organization is preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, systems integration and data governance.
