Project Manager – Healthcare IoT Solutions

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the delivery of GlobeStar Systems’ Connexall® IoT platform projects for healthcare clients. Reporting to the PMO and Customer Experience manager, you will coordinate resources, manage budgets and ensure successful implementation across hybrid work settings.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, estimate time and financial commitments, and allocate resources.
• Assign tasks, set deadlines, monitor progress, and reallocate resources as needed.
• Track actual spend versus budget, including travel, resource time, and training costs.
• Communicate project status regularly to all stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation such as plans, checklists, change orders, technical designs, and acceptance documents.
• Manage changes to meet project outputs and evaluate results.
• Collaborate with R&D, Sales, and Technical Support to resolve product design issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Schedule and deliver customer training remotely or onsite.
• Assist with system installations, configurations, testing and implementation alongside customers and vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• PMP certification.
• 5–7 years of project management experience.
• Background in the healthcare industry.
