Project Manager – Facility Maintenance & Support Services

About the role

Black & McDonald is seeking a Project Manager to lead facility and non‑facility projects across the GTA and Southern Ontario. You will coordinate all phases of construction, from budgeting and scheduling to contract negotiation and quality control, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to budget.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee facility‑related and non‑facility projects, managing scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop, implement, and standardize project management processes, procedures, and tools.
• Prepare and submit construction budget estimates and detailed project schedules.
• Negotiate contracts and manage changes with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Implement quality‑control programs and monitor progress against milestones.
• Prepare progress reports and issue schedules to clients.
• Hire, supervise, and coordinate subcontractors and project staff.
• Maintain and grow customer and vendor relationships to enhance competitiveness.
