About the role
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking a Delivery Manager with strong project and program management experience to lead end‑to‑end delivery of technology solutions for its clients in Canada. The role focuses on overseeing project scope, timelines, quality, and risk while ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Define and manage project scope, schedule, and deliverables.
- Coordinate client communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement quality assurance, risk mitigation, and governance processes.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Required profile
- Proven experience in project and program management within the IT services sector.
- Strong stakeholder communication and delivery governance capabilities.
- Familiarity with the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance) domain is a plus.
Required skills
- Agile Scrum methodology
- Risk management
