Project Manager – Bilingual (Spanish/English)

About the role

WorkAxle is seeking a detail‑oriented Project Manager who is fluent in English and Spanish to lead high‑impact software implementation and optimization projects. You will work across multiple industries, guiding projects from initial planning through successful go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of complex, cross‑functional SaaS projects, from scoping to execution.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and clients to translate business needs into actionable roadmaps.
• Develop project plans, resource estimates, budgets, and timelines using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early and propose mitigation strategies.
• Lead project meetings, ensure clear communication, and provide status reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Promote accountability and ownership of deliverables across the project team.
• Drive continuous improvement of project delivery processes, documentation, and tooling.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience managing SaaS or software implementation projects (B2B or enterprise preferred).
• Proven success delivering complex projects in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid environments.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities with a strong business acumen.
• Fluent in English; Spanish fluency is required, French is a plus.
• PMP or Agile certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
