Project Coordinator – Technology Implementation

About the role

The Project Coordinator will support the rollout of enterprise technology solutions across multiple locations. Working closely with project management, implementation, change management, and vendor teams, you will ensure smooth coordination, communication, and documentation throughout the deployment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for project inquiries and support requests.
• Manage project communications, respond to general questions, and escalate issues as needed.
• Assist business locations with pre‑go‑live readiness activities and post‑go‑live support.
• Conduct readiness checks to verify completion of required tasks before deployment.
• Coordinate and distribute implementation communications, milestone updates, schedule changes, and deployment information.
• Schedule and organize project meetings, training sessions, and implementation activities.
• Coordinate technology installations, site preparation, infrastructure modifications, and security requirements with internal teams and external vendors.
• Maintain project schedules, trackers, documentation libraries, user guides, and reference materials.
• Support business locations during go‑live, track issues, and assist with troubleshooting during the stabilization period.
