Project Coordinator

About the role

Join Tundra’s Project Delivery Team as a Project Coordinator, supporting oil and gas projects such as valves, instrumentation, boilers, and integrated solutions. You will act as the central point of communication for clients, sales, and operations, ensuring projects move smoothly from hand‑off to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Provide stakeholders with regular updates on project status, deadlines, and issues.
• Coordinate multiple vendors and maintain clear project organization and communication.
• Create and maintain project schedules, manage milestones, change orders, and invoicing.
• Organize project kickoff and hand‑over meetings.
• Prepare and compile monthly status and progress reports.

Required profile

• Technical diploma or degree from a recognized post‑secondary institution.
• 2–3 years of project coordination experience, preferably in industrial or oil & gas environments.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, including MS Project.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is an asset.
