Project Coordinator – Construction

About the role

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Ottawa Construction team! As a Project Coordinator, you will assist in the development and build of remarkable buildings, fostering enduring relationships with our people, partners, and clients while upholding Broccolini’s core values.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in organizing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects.
• Provide high‑level support during the tendering phase, liaising with subcontractors to obtain pricing and update trade lists.
• Coordinate and follow up on plans and shop drawings.
• Attend project meetings, prepare minutes, and ensure timely distribution to the team.
• Manage change orders and promptly communicate changes to the construction site.
• Receive, generate, track, and respond to Requests for Information (RFI) using construction management software.
• Provide support to the site and Health & Safety team as required.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of project coordination experience in construction.
• An engineering degree or technical diploma in Construction, Building, Civil or Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, drawings, specifications, scheduling, and HSE practices.
• Experience with Procore, Textura, Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Project is an asset.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
