Program Manager - Supply Chain

About the role

Jetson is seeking an experienced Program Manager to bring structure, discipline, and execution rigor to its Supply Chain & Warehousing Programs. You will act as the tactical engine that translates strategic roadmaps into daily execution, ensuring cross‑functional initiatives move smoothly in a fast‑growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive cross‑functional initiatives from charter to close, defining scope, aligning stakeholders, managing timelines, and holding teams accountable without direct authority.
• Own the supply‑chain components of New Product Introduction (NPI), coordinating engineering handoff, procurement, warehouse operations, and field launch.
• Build and administer the Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA) program, tracking issues, driving accountability, and reporting trends to leadership.
• Coordinate OKR setting and tracking for the Supply Chain & Warehousing organization, linking team objectives to company priorities.
• Run structured cadence meetings across procurement, logistics, warehouse ops, and field teams.
• Produce executive‑ready dashboards that aggregate status from multiple project owners.

Required profile

• 5+ years of program or project management experience in supply chain, operations, or a hardware/product environment.
• Strong cross‑functional influencer who can drive accountability and alignment without direct authority.
• Experience managing NPI processes with physical goods and vendor/contractor management.
