Professional Services Trainer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Professional Services Trainer to join our Professional Services team. You will help utility and local‑government customers adopt Cayenta software by delivering engaging training and supporting change initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver instructor‑led, virtual and onsite training sessions for end users, administrators and system champions.
• Facilitate role‑based training programs and lead train‑the‑trainer workshops.
• Partner with Project Managers, Consultants and implementation teams to create training schedules and readiness plans.
• Serve as the training lead throughout implementation projects, ensuring customers are prepared for go‑live.
• Support organizational change, user adoption, and post‑go‑live learning.
• Coordinate training logistics, attendee management and communications.
• Gather feedback and training metrics to continuously improve the learning experience.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Development, Support and Consulting to identify knowledge gaps.
• Maintain and update training materials, job aids and documentation.
• Travel to customer locations as needed (25‑50% travel).

Required profile

• Passion for helping customers adopt new technology and navigate change.
• Strong facilitation and relationship‑building skills.
• Willingness to use AI‑enabled tools (copilots, chat assistants, automation) in daily work.
• Valid passport and eligibility to travel internationally (Canada, US, Caribbean).
