Production Worker - Load Builder

About the role

The Load Builder/Assembler joins the production team to receive finished laundry products and place them into route carts or bins for delivery or storage. This onsite position works at a rapid pace to keep up with product flow in an industrial laundry environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive finished, clean product from other departments.
• Read written packing requirements and place the correct type and quantity of product into appropriate route carts/bins or storage locations.
• Work quickly to match the flow of products to the load‑building area.
• Transfer carts/bins into delivery vehicles or designated storage areas.
• Identify and report product shortages to supervision.
• Handle product to maintain quality and proper packaging while meeting efficiency and safety standards.
• Keep the work area neat and clean and follow supervision instructions.
• Perform additional production tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Ability to recognize colors and sizes, count and sort accurately.
• Capability to inspect, grade, and handle product according to quality standards.
• Ability to comprehend and follow written packing instructions and supervisory directions.
