Production Worker – Full-time Morning Shift

About the role

Reporting to the Millwork Production Manager, the Production Worker performs general labour, material handling, tool work and assembly duties involved in the manufacture of custom retail fixtures. This full-time position is based at our Campbell Heights facility in Surrey, BC, with a regular shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday‑Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general labour tasks, including clean‑up duties and materials handling.
• Operate machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret basic drawings or production instructions.
• Assemble products according to specifications.
• Maintain company quality, safety, and productivity standards.
• Lift and move materials up to 50 lb (23 kg) as required.
• Keep the work area clean, safe and organized.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb (23 kg) and follow instructions under pressure.
• Positive attitude, team‑first mindset and reliable transportation.
• Detail‑oriented with basic math and problem‑solving skills.
• Good verbal communication skills.
