Production & Service Coordinator

About the role

Summit Water is seeking a highly organized Production & Service Coordinator to support the daily flow of production and service operations. You will act as the central hub between production teams, field technicians, purchasing, and internal departments, ensuring projects stay on schedule and customers receive timely support.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production schedules to meet customer deadlines for packaged water systems.
• Schedule service calls, dispatch field technicians, and manage service calendars for efficient response times.
• Monitor work‑in‑progress, job timelines, and project milestones to keep projects on track.
• Support material readiness and maintain clear internal communication.
• Maintain accurate ERP updates, scheduling systems, job documentation, and operational records.
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in production coordination, service scheduling, or operations support.
• Strong organizational abilities with capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive problem‑solver.
