Production Operator (Evening Shift)

About the role

We are seeking a Production Operator for the evening shift to join our regulated, high‑volume diagnostic manufacturing site. You will operate production equipment, ensure product compliance, and contribute to assembly and packaging activities within a controlled clean‑room environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and manage raw‑material supply.
• Perform quality checks and product reconciliation according to established procedures.
• Organise work to meet line performance targets.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain compliance with quality‑system requirements and health‑and‑safety rules.

Required profile

• High‑school diploma or equivalent is an asset.
• Experience performing routine or manufacturing tasks is an asset.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001 standards.
• Understanding of Quality System Regulation (QSR).
• Ability to resolve minor mechanical problems.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Outlook).
