Production Employee – PVC

About the role

RAB Energy, operating as Northerm Windows and Doors, is seeking a Production Employee – PVC to support all stages of PVC window and door manufacturing. You will work on cutting, welding, assembly, glazing and finishing tasks while following safety procedures and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Stage, organize and move PVC materials and components to keep production flowing smoothly.
• Assist with cutting, welding and assembling PVC components according to standard procedures.
• Support glazing and finishing tasks, including glass installation, bulbing and screening.
• Perform basic finishing work, inspect for visible defects and report issues to the supervisor.
• Follow health and safety protocols, use required PPE and maintain a clean work area.

Required profile

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is an asset but not required.
• Willingness to learn, follow instructions and work reliably as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb safely and stand for extended periods during shifts.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada (no sponsorship available).

Required skills

• Cutting of PVC components.
• Welding of PVC parts.
• Assembly of window and door frames.
• Glazing tasks such as glass installation and screening.
• Use of hand tools.
