Product Merchandising Lead

About the role

The Product Merchandising Lead acts as the central link between product merchandising, commercial teams, and allocation functions. Based in Toronto, you will ensure accurate stock planning, demand transparency, and efficient replenishment across North‑American markets.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Market Commercial teams to drive stock and inventory execution.
• Challenge bottom‑up demand plans and support price‑map adjustments based on competition and stock levels.
• Forecast supply versus demand, provide insights, and recommend corrective actions.
• Decide on final‑sale, clearance, and special‑campaign articles and collaborate on markdown decisions.
• Manage allocation from warehouses to stores, adjust replenishment speed, and set replenishment blocks or stops.
• Maintain transparency on incoming deliveries and stock status through regular reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics or a related quantitative field.
• 2–4 years of experience in product merchandising, retail planning, or commercial operations within retail, fashion or FMCG.
• Solid understanding of retail and product merchandising processes.
