Product Marketing Manager – Dermatological Beauty

About the role

As a Product Marketing Manager for L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty in Montreal, you will own the launch and growth of key skin‑care brands. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will become the product expert, translating market and consumer insights into compelling strategies that deepen consumer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse consumer, market and competitor data to inform strategic recommendations.
• Design and execute 360° marketing programmes across digital, retail and media channels.
• Lead new product launches while driving continued growth of core portfolio items.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Medical and other cross‑functional teams to ensure successful implementation of marketing initiatives.
